Increasing water intake to prevent dehydration Taking frequent rest breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas Using misting zones and cooling pads to regulate body temperature Wearing light, breathable, loose-fitting clothing Recognising signs of heat exhaustion, such as dizziness and excessive sweating Using wearable heat monitoring devices provided by authorities Promptly seeking medical assistance if symptoms of heat-related illness appear Further steps include air-conditioned tents in Mina and Arafat, the use of wearable sensors to detect heat stress, and improved crowd management plans.
